Colon cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the colon (the last part of the large intestine). It is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide and typically develops slowly over many years. The cancer usually starts from non-cancerous growths called polyps that may eventually turn into cancerous cells over time.
Causes of Colon Cancer:

Symptoms of Colon Cancer:
- Changes in bowel habits, such as persistent diarrhea or constipation.
- Blood in the stool or a change in stool color.
- Abdominal pain or cramping.
- Unexplained weight loss.
- Severe fatigue.

- Follow a healthy, fiber-rich diet.

- Regular exercise.
- Reduce alcohol consumption and smoking
- Undergo regular screenings after the age of 50 for early detection
Treatment:
